  REPORIENTATION DE-FENCE When a sight is beyond what eyes should see, the lips are always engaged to observe. If we can't afford  building defense by building a fence, we can mark out our territories with what we have.The resurrection of different terrorist groups cum abductors should not become a norm but a serious security threat to deal with, with utmost attention.  "Order from above"  has always been cancerous to our system. It enables different laws to be broken and more than enough protocols to be skipped. When protocols are skipped, won't there be wide holes for corruption and abnormalities to hop in? It gives no room for proper investigation and murders more than 50% of what is supposed to be named evidences, and that  is even less harmful than forceful investigations. Suspects who have "nobody" are ironed and battered like dirty "aso-oke" to confess what is not. They confess to have eaten an elephant when they had not even seen a bush rat...

  REPORIENTATION Facetiousness   The length and breadth of our seriousness in this part of the world ends in a small area. The perimeter of our successes will always be infinitesimal, compared with the western world until we roll up our sleeves. When we don't do things the right way, our community will never move forward. Our responses to life determine where we would stand in the affairs of progress. Many bosses sit at pubs enjoying chitchat while the new intakes face the fire. The ones meant to train leave the work for the trainees, what a world! Very many sit with their legs crossed on a centre table and their ties loose, reading newspapers that ties almost nothing to their knowledge while lives evaporate out of many. Our teaching hospitals that should save lives have been sucking enough. Cambridge Dictionary defines STEADFASTNESS as the quality of staying the same for a long time and not changing quickly or unexpectedly Why have you chosen to hold certain values and goals or why have you chosen a decision in the first place? It is until you understand the purpose behind this goal that it can give you strength, power and motivate you to stay strong, to be steadfast.  Do you know there are rewards and consequences of being steadfast? But many run and refuse to keep their stand, many neglect their goals and values, many neglect their potentials due to the difficulties or challenges they encounter during the journey. REPORIENTATION   HOW DO WE EXPLAIN?  We can not continue in menace in a bid for survival. In this world of uncertainties, how do you know what is certain? How do we explain facing a problem twice in a year and putting people through stress? How do we explain exploiting people in the name of trying to solve the problem? How do we explain endangering people's lives with substandard products all in the name of making money? Wickedness has become a very fitting cloth that has become very difficult to remove. We are always quick to point fingers at the authorities while we overlook our own wrong doings as if they do not matter. Let he that knows the good and doeth it continue and he that knows the good and doeth otherwise continue. Until we all come to the understanding that we live for a purpose and there are other people tied to that purpose, we tend to be alive and not living.  It is, therefore, necessary for us all to start living and not just be alive, fulfill our purpose on earth, and achieve that target or goal if not for our sake but for the sake of those that are tied to our success and achievement.   REPORIENTATION   LIGHT In the midst of our darkness, we're certain that light would permeate to dislodge the power of darkness in the fullness of time. There are webs of darkness cast over our land because of our nature of impunity, lawlessness, non-nationalistic attitude, ungodly acts and not being patriotic enough to seek the goodwill of our dear country.  Who shall bail us out of the national mess we have plunged ourselves into? Whose state shall produce the saviour? Which political party or constituency shall be able to raise a saviour for us in the midst of our national struggles, woes and shackles?  Let it be known across our lands, tribes and religious affiliations that the only saviour we need in our land is every one of us; we all need to desire to start eschewing all forms of dark behaviours and embrace behaviours associated with light.  Let's resolve to allowing embers of light to be spread across our land and across all sectors of our national life...

  REPORIENTATION   EVOLVING  As times sprint into seasons of life, to some, showers of tasty colors, and others, some peppering waves, funny enough and at the same time, very piteous, that in the midst of these uncertainties, we dwell in a land that subjects all our strength into great tests! In this unpredictable scenario, survival is not certain for the strongest or fittest but those who are evolving! To evolve is to recognize that the landscape is shifting, and survival hinges on our ability to adapt. It's about shedding old paradigms that no longer serve us and embracing new ideas that can weather the storms of uncertainty. This is not a Biology class, but evolution requires a mindset that goes beyond merely weathering the storms. Evolving is a mindset of becoming architects of change rather than passive observers of fate. This is the essence of survival in the face of adversities, the willingness to evolve.
