 REPORIENTATION





WE HAVE GONE FAR

We have journeyed far 

Far past the faraway kingdom

Kingdom where plagues abound

Abound with no restrictions

Restrictions on immorality and indecency

Indecency hand-in-hand with Injustice

Injustice not different from inserting bullets into the systems of peaceful protesters with total shut up as though nothing happened

Happened as a norm

Norm as in we are used to their brutality

Brutality of our mind and society

Society being deformed socially

Socially affecting our reasoning, we still sweat inside our international airports, air conditioners on strike, even printers, and we are reasoning

Reasoning some people to be superior and others at a disadvantage

Disadvantaged not to be in power

Power centred on self

Self referring to not caring about whatever happens to my neighbours

Neighbours and I will take a walk 

Walk that was tagged terrorism the last time.


Time is almost now to give us #5,000 and make this place worse than hell

Hell for all and money for few who are poverty stricken

Stricken and tormented as "they" will identify.

Identify them whose joy flows like a river as destruction mines our land. No profit, yet the oil company leaders are planting mansions over there and raining estates in this land. 


Land with double standard

Standards change for different people involved

Involved two gets their lots according to the power in their possession

Possession of power made the president's in-law dress like a whore and their Sheria law impotent

Impotent in dealing with the bosses whose ways of swallowing social facilities do not have a spec of  impotence

Impotence debated out initially for religiousity

Religiousity and power makes an offender a saint and the news distributor a giant sinner.


We have gone far, yet it is never too late to make a U-turn. We could build the Nigeria we want to have. Live with others in mind


*... and for a better life, I will consider others in my actions!*

As the world dances to the tune of the motion of time, not subjected to the forces of pauses and stops, it rolls into our path opportunities to be a channel of blessing to another.   REPORIENTATION Faulty Rule: Healing the Process If the rule be faulty, what will the patriots do? Run to a safe haven or repair the rule? Day by day, the chaotic currents nip the life out of the people, causing a fearful disorder in others to swim out of the country hastily. Hmm, in my father's house, the rooms are becoming empty shells, because the occupants are being betrayed by the very structures put in place by the landlords. The question bothering me is that, if all the patriots fled, won't the beasts become the proper land owners and occupants? If so, what would be the fate of the building? In order to stop this invading danger, we must resist our fear to flee and not our voices, let all hands be united to combat this mean forces. We shall then be in the process of repairing the rule and healing the process. ...and for a better and secured Nigeria, we arise to unite, being faithful to rebuild again!
