MY STANCE

Image
MY STANCE My stance against inequity is rigidly unshaken My face strait with a voice synonymous with that of a bass singer I declare my stand on this issue just as a lion makes its presence plain to fellow jungle dwellers Refusing to shut my aperture even at the coming of the crusher The humiliation, I resist and the oppression, I rebuke Shaking off the molecules of molestation and timidity The stretching exercise of panel beating and the reshaping embarrassment which is an accomplice to the redefinition of self, will never compel me to a ceasefire With my stance, I launch the bazooka of words The recoil displaces me not and my chest widens destitute of fear Though the whole world refuse to heed my cry and I will not give in to compromise My stance will remain undisturbed even at the booing of the universe and the re-imaging yelling and roaring of the nations My belief is the “petras” on which I stand unmoved The passion for a life fair for all is my fuel Sy

ONE MORE BLOW

One more blow and you may glow Challenge the tide and you may glide Quitting may be an alternative to going to Sheol The reception into the inn of obscurity   One more blow and you may win Challenge the mountain and you may be above the world Negotiation may be a path to relevance The home of quitters is always “close to the end”   One more blow and you may shine A punch on target is a potential knockout one Maintaining the stance will surely keep your chance One more time and success shows up   One more throw and you may blow One step into the race for the blind is equivalent to few steps away from the finishing line to the brave Giving up is the drink of the feeble minds, poisonous to men of possibilities Your perception is strictly your result!

Fanning the Flame into Fire with a Mouthful of Salty Water

How can I fan into fire, the saturating flame of hope before me? Can a mouth filled with water cause a glow or make a close? How can I save the world, the whole generations of man? Shall I hold the water in my gutter and still speak up my pains?   Who will find a sustainable solution to my dilemma? Shall I change the game and vote a change, saying NO to craze? Who will brighten our hope of a peaceful world? Will he also add some flavor of equity?   The golden rule will do Taking me on a journey; the journey into a “happy ever after” The beginnings of unending smiles and joy unspeakable I forgot the salinity of my pride and swallowed it up Making a run way for my organic bellow to perform its voluntary duty   Glowing hope is all my optical heart can courier; trailing the smoke of care Hope of a better living in an expensive world of love, I recognized Eureka! The song of discovery I could not jettison but amplify The flame of equity

MY CRY

Oh, my dear nation! My heart cries out loud I can hear my blood weeping Even deep within my veins I have not stopped wailing for you I can feel the agony of the citizens Rising sharply daily like the sting of a bee colony Look! Can you see how within four years Mansions and castles are grown within and without Designed like heaven on earth even without guilt My eyes are dim with tears Making my heart not to think about fear Because I really care about my dear The pears of the whole are taken in pairs By the peers who were elected to make things fair Rather they chose to chair Forgetting their promises in the rare “Ah! Eh!” is the song of the people Even the cripple could not help but triple the cry Whenever the oppression is doubled they rather try not to fright   But to stand right so as not to be thrown aside in a five aside   Search, can you find? Oh how rare it is like a precious pearl To find an employee who served with his l
