PEACE IN ME

Peace is all I seek When my heart is out of place Placed at a height beyond calmness Calmness becomes a precious stone being hunted Hunted with no iota of rest   Peace is all I seek I launch myself into getting harmony Harmony destitute of reservations Reservations of some residues of resentment Resentment that hinders reconciliation   Peace is all I seek When I cannot spot any in me Me? Am I really at fault like that? That is of less importance anyways Anyways, I cannot but give peace a nursery site   Peace is all I want To write a smile on a face without paint The expression of joy I want to recover Losing it is losing life itself I cannot afford to be in need of it   Peace is all I need To keep chaos at bay To make a world spiced with love, tolerance and patience Forgiveness is the summary of it all For peace to reign without boundaries

POOR MAINTENANCE; ONE OF THE LEGION TORMENTING NIGERIA

  It is the feather that hinders our sight of the sweats of Aves; every employee is excited at the arrival of new equipment to ease their work. Systems and machines give wings to work and save the cost of production with a degree of accuracy. Infrastructure as well does nothing less than improving the standard of living of the people, contributing to their well being and increasing their efficiency. Motorable roads, effective rail transportation, better water transportation cum friendly air means are highways to economic development, providing access to the voyage of goods and services around the world. It enables the networking of products far and near for maximum distribution. Health services are indispensable for proper functioning of a system, therefore, they cannot be taken unseriously for efficiency. Adequate water supply from good and readily available sources affects the health and rate of production. Maintenance is not the least contributor to the development a system, i
